The final design can be modified and tailormade, within the parameters set by the approved " Estudio Previo" . 
The project as planned will consist of two buildings. One to include 15 freehold business premisses of different seizes to include reception, lounge, cafeteria, full size Spa, indoor heated pool, wellness rehabilitation and physiotherapy, wellness doctor and dentist clinic, facial and beauty clinic, yoga, various type of gyms and much more. 

The second building will include on three floors, 36 one-bedroom fully furnished and serviced freehold accommodation apartments. The buildings furthermore include 56 underground garages and storage facilities while the over 5000 m2 open grounds will include lush tropical gardens and outdoor semi-Olympic size swimming pool with ample pool side terraces and snack bar. 

The asking price including full documentation of the approved " Estudio Previo" as well as the following " Proyecto Basico" (layout project), is ready for presentation at the Mijas municipality for construction license.

The Investment will be secured by way of title deed of the total property and project. The Project 
The plot is a flat corner plot of approx. 6300 m2 with easy access, and the existing infrastructure includes a four-lane access road from the main coastal highway A-7 Km 1026, water, sewage, electricity, high speed fibre optic, cable Tv etc. All the surrounding plots are fully developed and completed.

The Building A ground floor contains the reception, lounges, bistro restaurant, six (6) premises as well as locker and bathroom facilities. First and second floor contains further nine (9) premises (total 15 premisses) of different sizes and together with locker and bathroom facilities. The rooftop pergola is foreseen to include a large chill-out bar and sundeck. 
The project includes furthermore a complete Spa with indoor heated swimming pool for year-round use, saunas, physiotherapy, massage, and several other wellness facilities as well as 56 garages with storage rooms, as well as outdoor parking areas. Three lifts and stairways provide easy access to the leisure and apartment floors as well as staff rooms and related facilities. 

The Building B contains 36 one-bedroom apartment suites on three floors. The layouts allow for joining apartments two-by-two by interlocking doors, thus creating layout of two-bedrooms/two-bathrooms apartments. Each one-bedroom apartment averages 67 m2 total, with 56 m2 living area and 11 m2 terraces.
