Located close to the outskirts of Martos, in the Jaen province of Andalucia, Spain, within walkable distance to small local shops. This is a beautiful easy living, one level, one bedroom holiday home with the space to add one or two more bedrooms. As you first enter this property, you are greeted with a beautiful, large, open plan living room with a feature fireplace and a fitted kitchen. At the far end of the house is a good-sized bedroom with stunning views, off the bedroom there is a storage room that could be repurposed into a generous walk in closet. Back in the main area off to the left of the property, there is a tasteful bathroom. Going outside there is a sizable pool, surrounded by a sitting area and an outside shower, also this patio area has views over the edge of town to the countryside beyond. Going down a flight of steps on the lower patio level, you will find the pump room, this is a room for all the functioning essentials of the pool and with more than enough space for some storage as well. Apart from this room, there are three other sizable rooms with separate entrances and detached from the property itself (They could be connected if a staircase was to be installed). On the lower floor of the patio, there is also a nice small plot with fertile soil where you could grow vegetables while still enjoying the beautiful countryside views.
