Here you can still have a holiday without being part of a row settlement. It goes without saying that the villa cannot be seen from any side and offers maximum privacy. <br /><br />Inside, the villa enchants with typical Menorcan details. Coloured windows in the roof bath the villa in a magical light at sunset - an architectural tradition from Menorca. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. All rooms have high quality fitted wardrobes. There is a workstation with a screen overlooking the palm trees in the garden. The Wi-Fi works for Zoom. <br /><br />The kitchen is modernly equipped and has all the appliances you need for a lavish meal: a Liebherr stainless steel fridge, a 90 Smeg gas cooker, a stainless steel dishwasher by Miele, the Nespresso machine, sharp knives, etc. The two bathrooms are also equipped to a high standard and tastefully furnished with spacious shower baths, double washbasins and suspended toilets. Should it get really cold in winter, a pellet stove, fireplace, air conditioners and electric radiators heat the house. Modern windows with double glazing - often not common in Menorca - provide good insulation.<br /><br />Of course, music should not be missing from such a dream home: Therefore, the house is equipped with a SONOS system with 10 speakers inside and 5 outside. So you can accompany your cosy evenings with your own sounds.<br /><br />The private garden with its old palm trees is only separated from the open countryside by a hedge.
