Rustic land with projectthis project, with a very modern approach and pure lines, has been designed to integrate into the territory and observing the architectural principles that make it bio-climatically very advanced, since it is specifically designed to take advantage of the dominant breezes of the area and modular solar radiation indoors according to the needs of each moment.This house will have 208m2 of living space, plus 32m2 of covered terrace with pergola where the outdoor dining room is located and another 58m2 of terrace/pool.It also has another pergola where there is parking for two vehicles.Inside, a large central space is projected open to the north and south with large windows that houses the open-concept kitchen and direct access to the living room and the outdoor dining room and the indoor living-dining room integrated into this same space.On the periphery of the house we find three en-suite bedrooms, all of them with access to the outdoor terraces, laundry, storage/pantry, and a guest toilet.The house is also designed to be environmentally friendly, with its own photovoltaic system, use of rainwater (in addition to the connection to the water supply network) and limitation of the irrigated gardens, leaving a large part of the farm as a traditional dry agricultural use characteristic of the area.The farm is located on the hills of the Sant Lloren mountain range, with views towards the east coast of Mallorca, which is a few minutes by car from the farm and where there are many restaurants, beaches, marinas and shops in general.The land has a slight slope towards the southeast, which provides a cool climate in summer and a cozy climate in winter.It has an orange tree plantation, is partially fenced and has access by paved road.There is the possibility of connecting to the electrical network and water supply.
