It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160 x 200 double bed, another bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. The living-dining room has a 55`` Smart TV, a dining area for 6 people, and direct access to the terrace. The full bathroom with shower and glass partition, hair dryer and clothes iron. The fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.<br /><br /><br />All bedrooms and living room have hot and cold air split.<br /><br /><br />The 22 m2 garage space is in the same building.<br /><br /><br />Note:<br />Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day<br />Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.<br />Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm.
