At street level we have, next to the private parking area and the garage, the entrance to the front terrace of the house, where we have a covered area that is ideal for outdoor dining. This terrace has direct access to the kitchen, a garden area with abundant mature trees and the main entrance of the house. On the main floor we have the common areas, a large dining room with direct access to the terrace next to the living room with fireplace with large windows facing west. Next to the dining room, we have access to the fully equipped kitchen, with its laundry area and bathroom. From the hall we have the access stairs to the lower floor where we have two bedrooms with direct access to a terrace, two additional bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms.
