Its location is perfect with easy access to the centre and the parking area. It consists of two floors connected by a beautiful staircase with very high ceilings. Much of the house has stucco on the walls and is in a good state of conservation. On the first floor there is the day area with a very pleasant patio or terrace, and the master bedroom with two large sash windows. On the upper floor there are several outbuildings which were once bedrooms. An uncovered roof terrace is a great viewpoint to the old part of Mahón.
