Beautiful rustic house on one floor with 4 bedrooms on a plot of 1,166 m² in the charming rural village of Alfaix, a unique and natural environment in the countryside but only 15 minutes from the sunny beaches of Mojácar and Garrucha. The house was built on a dilapidated farmhouse grouping different farms, and even today, its potential remains enormous, being able to add more rooms and with multiple uses for its great outdoor space. We access the house through its entry for vehicles abroad and discover the potential of this rustic villa given its enormous land. The main building where the house is located is on our right, and as soon as we access we have a hall and living room, with a bathroom and a double bedroom on the right, which we could classify as the main one. To the left we have 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom, and from here we go to the living room with attic. And finally, we have the kitchen, with direct access to the outside. The exterior consists of terraces, porches, agricultural area, and parking area mainly. The owners have added a lot of color and charm to the house, maintaining a rustic style where we find wooden beams on the ceiling, traditional Spanish farmhouse doors, Andalusian-style bars and windows, arches, Arabic-style tiles ... The cozy village of Alfaix, belonging to the municipality of Los Gallardos, is just 5 minutes from the A-7 motorway, 40 minutes from Almeria airport and less than 15 minutes from the sunny beaches of Mojácar and the seaport of Garrucha.
