Upon entering we find a hall that distributes us to the different areas of the apartment. Just to the right is a room-office, on the other side we find 2 full bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms.
At the end of the corridor, we enter the cosy living-dining room with fireplace and access to the balcony and a new open kitchen in Nordic style. All this space is open and you can enjoy the sea views.

The house has air-conditioning heating through hidden ducts, resulting in silence, aesthetically adequate and without taking up space, all the windows have double glazing and thermal breaks that insulate from external temperatures and noise, which is why it requires a lot of comfort and comfort.

Lloret de Mar is a Spanish municipality in the region of the Selva, in the province of Girona, in the Costa Brava. It is endowed with excellent beaches of grainy sand. In Lloret de Mar we find a golf course and one of the most famous water parks in the area.
