Eclectic style detached house protected by architectural heritage, with a rectangular corner of 828 m2, with a semi-basement distribution, two floors and attic and a backyard. The façade has a symmetrical composition and is distributed in three horizontal axes delimited by cornices that separate the different floors. The decorative elements of the openings stand out, with imitation of padded ashlars and dust cover with acrocerias of capcer and corners. Also noteworthy is a frieze with sgraffito of floral motifs and fauna with a cantilevered cornice that on the main façade has corbels that support three balconies with cast iron railings. The windows of the attic are twinned and on top is a barbican with corbels topped by the roof railing. The entrance gate with wooden door and modernist-inspired wrought iron grille is interesting.
