In the south of Galicia, inland, near the charming town of Caldas de Reis and Vilagarcia de Arousa, we find this splendid Pazo, with stones dating back to the mid 15 hundreds. The estate is fully fenced, with two large habitable buildings, a farming area and a breathtaking garden landscaping. The property offers tranquillity and privacy. The Pazo preserves its structural condition from 100 years ago. Although maintenance has been carried out, it needs a complete update. The entrance is through a fantastic inner patio where we can find different spaces dedicated to workshops, storage and a wine cellar; it takes us to a rustic entrance hall leading to the original kitchen and the upper part of the manor, the watch tower via stairs. Here, we find the main bedroom. On the main level of the Pazo, we find four magnificent living rooms, one of which also has a fireplace and access to an outdoor terrace. This floor offers a sleeping area with five bedrooms. There is a bathroom on this level. A very short distance from the manor, there is another single-floor house, used for guests, renovated in the 90s and consisting of a constructed area of 160 m. This house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. On the exterior grounds, we find beautiful gardens filled with mature trees, large hedges, cobblestone paths leading to the water fountains, two artisan wells and the natural springs. There are two large annexe buildings used for storage and, historically, for farming use. Currently, we find wine press, cellar and stables. The tower dates from the late 15th century or early 16th century and appears to have been linked to the house of Pedro lvarez de Sotomayor, viscount of Tui and lord of Sotomoyar. This exclusive pazo would be ideal for investors with a large project or for a large family that would like to enjoy this place with privacy and tranquillity and be surrounded by nature.
