Located 7 minutes from the beaches of Torredembarra and Creixell and less than 5 minutes from access to the Ap-7 we find this sublime building, the result of the architect Luis-Carlos Merelo Barberà Sanromà.



This house is an architectural jewel where not only the sharp forms add grandeur and intellectuality to the house, but it has also prioritized how the sun entered each of its rooms, making it magical.



We are surprised by the spacious entrance hall, generous, with a forceful staircase, announcing that we are in a unique house.

On the ground floor, the kitchen, once again generous in size, connected to a large door to the garden and conveniently enhanced by a pantry in the front part. From it we access the living room, bathed in sun and light through any of its windows, from which we can see the elegant pool and the well-kept wooden terrace.



Also on the ground floor we find a double room and a complete bathroom.

We go up to the second floor, where we find 3 double rooms, all with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The main room is quite simply a masterpiece. From the entrance we find the dressing room in which, when crowning it with a window to the sea, it matches the closet doors and the light that enters from there creates an almost ethereal atmosphere. In the bedroom, various materials are integrated into the wall decoration and enlivened by the terrace, in which the architect wanted to imitate an almost pictorial and privileged framework of the views back to the sea and the hills (must be seen in person).



The garage area is extensive, potentially 6 cars could be parked. It consists of multiple rooms conveniently divided, warehouse, gym, any combination is possible.



The garden, with its delicate lines and neatness, is extraordinarily private, as it is located above the rest of the buildings. Its overflowing pool surrounded by noble wood connects with the terrace and a corridor that leads to the kitchen and another previous terrace. Another rest area bathed intensely by the sun will certainly become a preferred place for the enjoyment of the family. It is important to mention that as part of the decoration this house has original Roman stones that act as dividers at various points in the garden, a whole touch of genius.
