The property, located 250 m from the village, is made up of two plots.

It has 10 hours of irrigation from the community of Regants de la Sequieta (it joins all the irrigators of the canal) and option to have water from the well of the neighbours (the passage of water is already done, only the connection of the pipes would be needed).
