But what makes this house special are the almost unique possibilities it has. . . You paint it white, buy a good projector, put in a bar and some nice lounge sofas, a few white chairs, a ticket office perhaps and you have a unique place in your garden that your friends are sure to love. With this house, it is fitting that you watch westerns, because they have a thing about horses. . . The house has several spots around where you can sit in the shade, a covered conservatory and a good swimming pool, next to the usual Paellero.. . You can park several more motorised steeds in the covered car ort on your own property.. . As you enter the large and high hall to the left you go into the living room that consists of two levels and has a large fireplace, which can be pleasant in the winter months. Behind it, you find the spacious kitchen that has access to the conservatory and the master bedroom and bathroom.. . If you turn left from the hall, you come to three more bedrooms (two generous and one a bit smaller) and a bathroom. Perfect for children or as guest rooms.. . If you take the stairs from the hall up into the tower, you come to a mezzanine with pool table, and if you go even higher you come to a room you can use as a study, lounge room, meditation room, whatever you want. The beauty of this room is that you can see the mountains. That always makes us happy.. . So if it's time for you to gallop up to the pleasant life in La Eliana, and be the knight in shining armour making people happy, get your old horse out of the stable and we'll have a look together. You will then also understand why there is something about horses with this house.. . One issue for those of you who dont like noise is that it is on Avenida de las Delicias which is sort of a main road but not too trafficky. In the rear garden you wouldn't notice and at most times of the day you wouldn't at the front either but if you really want a monastic silence then this is not for you.
