Don't you think that if you smell the sea, you know that the day is promising? Imagine enjoying that guarantee as soon as you wake up, what a delight, right? It seems like magic to me. Some people can experience one sense at the same time as another, they call it synaesthesia. I have never been so sure that I could until I entered this house and savoured the aroma of the sea in this magnificent jewel of the Mediterranean. This wonderful villa is located in a small urbanization in the municipality of l'Ametlla de Mar, a charming fishing village known for having some of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Dorada and offering an excellent gastronomy. There are a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 on the same floor, another suite on the upper floor with access to a beautiful terrace and the last one, with independent access from the garden and with capacity for 3 beds and its own bathroom, is located in a separate space idyllic to be used as a guest room. The plot has a total area of 900m. In the outside area we find a private swimming pool surrounded by a lush and well kept garden that provides the privacy of an oasis, showers, two barbecues and storage space perfect for storing the pool furniture.
