Next, we find the spectacular garden with trees such as palm trees, pines and leafy plants that surrounds the almost 340 m² house on one floor. Thus, the villa blends in with the environment and gives us the feeling of being in an oasis, surrounded by mountains. Sunlight accompanies us all day, as the sun rises through the pool area and sets behind the house. Silence and peace is one of its great characteristics. 

With a cascade pool and another infinity pool, we guarantee the enjoyment of the outdoor areas. Upon entering the house, going up some steps to the left, we find a hall that leads to two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with several windows that provide a lot of natural light and the master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 

Returning to the entrance to the right, there is the dining room and the spacious and bright kitchen with a breakfast bar, large storage closets, separate exit and laundry area. 

Upon returning to the entrance, the living room is arranged in a minimalist style, free and uncluttered, with a warm and comfortable wooden laminate floor and its fireplace. It is very spacious and bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden and a huge terrace. 

Going up the stairs from the living room, we find the bright master bedroom of the house with access to the outside. It has a huge bathroom with two sinks and a round bathtub with views of the garden and mountains. It also has a dressing area, which leads to two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom and have access to the garden. In one of them there is a space to create an additional bathroom.
