Details :- Reference: EQGP-T1332. The building used to be originally a blacksmith workshop and after that it was turned into a food shop at the end of the 19th Century. It has been refurbished with the aim to have a place where you can enjoy contact with nature, tradition, relaxation and peace. It comprises of three separate living areas, it is fully equipped and furnished and it enjoys spacious communal areas. Each living area can accommodate three people and it has a kitchen, lounge-dining area and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The communal areas include a reading area with a wood stove and mini-bar, exterior patios, solarium, gardens with vegetation of the area, barbecue, traditional oven, bodega, and a small pool with Jacuzzi. The house has got TV, telephone, washing machine, tumble dryer, water tank (to maximise on rain water) and it uses solar panels to heat the water.
