Details:- One hectare country house with two built houses, a garden with swimming pool, stables and various auxiliary buildings. The property has 10.300 m² of flat land, of which 4500 m² are garden and fenced swimming pool, 2.500 m² for equestrian area, hen house and vegetable garden, and the other 3.000 m² are paved and are part of the accesses to the property and the area where the two houses and the shed are located.
