Building plot for sale for the construction of single-family homes in Forest Hills Urbanization. The development planning is definitively approved. Currently the reparcelling project is drawn up, approved and presented.The Forest Hill urbanization, located on the Las Abejeras farm, was born in the late 70s and early 80s, during the acceleration of the urban expansion of Estepona. In the sector there are private homes built in the 80s and 90s located on the partially urbanized roads of the Sector, within what is called Consolidated E.U. The plots that are presented are in the area called U. E. Vacant. Currently the regularization and consolidation of existing buildings is underway, to include them within the urban planning. The Reparcelling Project has been drawn up and presented at the Estepona Town Hall. The works are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2022.
