The striking and light-filled project was completed in August 2022.

The approx. 200 m² living space is spread over two floors and offers a great feeling of space and living. Light-Flooded rooms, spacious floor plans, beautiful terraces and outdoor seating areas from which you have a fantastic view over the sea or to the imposing highest mountain of spain, the Teide. 
The two floors can be used independently of each other and have separate entrances. A modern building in a mature environment should be oriented towards the existing in terms of its architecture, dimension and stylistic details - and still develop its own signature.
