Situated right at the foot of the Montaña Roja Special Nature Reserve, this quiet one kilometre long beach away from the tourist centres attracts nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts such as bodyboarding, windsurfing or kitesurfing due to the weather conditions of the area (swell and wind) and also some nudists as nudism is allowed on the whole beach. 
This quiet coastal area offers a relaxed life to the residents of its small, well-kept complexes located just a few metres from the beach and enjoying for most of them incredible views of the ocean and the Red Mountain.
