The villa
The villa features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a built area of 315 m2 on a generous plot of 7000 m2. The design of the house is modern but maintains the traditional Balearic style through the use of natural elements, providing a good balance between a luxurious and serene living experience. The house is designed in a calm, minimalist style, with a neutral color palette such as whitewashed walls combined with natural stone and warm wood creating a cozy yet chic atmosphere. The main house is spread over one floor, where you enter the central living and dining area. The living area has a cozy fireplace and large glass doors that let in an abundance of natural light and lead to the beautiful tropical garden. The well-equipped, sun-drenched spacious kitchen has a luxurious kitchen bar with high ceilings and a large integrated dining table with seating for up to 12 people. The separate 47 m2 guest house has two bedrooms, private garden terrace and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor spaces
The garden of this estate is a true tropical paradise; you don't have to leave the grounds for a retreat-like experience while overlooking the countryside and the hilltops of Ibiza.
