A small path leads to the main house, where the new resident is greeted by a wonderful patio with a dragon tree. You can not only spend relaxing hours here, it also provides access to the two living areas of the house.
On one side is the large living room with adjoining terrace, an office and a further living room with balcony. These three rooms merge seamlessly into one another.
Opposite the living room is another entrance to the main house. Here you will find the kitchen with access to the terrace, the dining room as well as the bedroom and bathroom.

The heated saltwater pool with sun terraces and entrances on both sides and an outdoor shower is located right next to the main house. Here you can not only relax, but also enjoy the view over the Atlantic Ocean and the town of Icod de los Vinos.

Passing the path through the garden, past the barbecue area with outdoor kitchen and brick barbecue, the seating area on natural stone under large avocado trees, you reach the guest house.
The living room with integrated kitchen is accessed via the front terrace. This area for friends and guests is completed by a bedroom and a shower room.

There is access to the outside from almost every room in the property, allowing you to live in the countryside.

The municipality of Icod de los Vinos is located in the northwest of Tenerife and covers an area of about 90 km2. It is also home to the Drago Milenario, the 1000-year-old dragon tree (Dracaena draco), which has been a national monument since 1917. On the coast there is the Playa de San Marcos and the lava tunnel Cueva del Viento. Furthermore, from Icod de los Vinos you have one of the best views of the Pico del Teide, the highest peak in Spain. Icod de los Vinos is known for its viticulture and fishing, which is of course also reflected in the local gastronomy. In just a few minutes by car you can reach all shopping facilities, the hospital and plenty of restaurants and bars.
