House of 216 m built on a pedestrian street in the historic centre, very charming, completely renovated. It is distributed over four floors. On the ground floor, we find a living room with the typical vault and sandstone walls that leads to a kitchen with a dining area and exposed wooden beams. The designer kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Through this floor we access the lower ground floor where the pool with teak wood deck, bathroom and shower area is located. From the ground floor, going up the stairs, we reach a semi-floor arranged as a living room and bathroom. Going up, we reach two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. On the upper floor, we have another double bedroom and a multipurpose room with access to the laundry area. From this floor and through a small flight of stairs we access the terrace on two levels that has a chill-out area with large sofas from where one can relax while contemplating the magnificent views of the palaces and churches of the old town. The entire house was renovated with great care, but preserving the characteristics of the houses in the old town of Menorca: original floors, walls and vaults of mars stone, ceilings with exposed beams. Likewise, air conditioning with a heat pump has been installed to ensure maximum comfort in all rooms of the house.
