Details :- Reference: KNWX-T1919. For those of you looking for a little bit more then we present you with this excellent villa on the edge of an Urb near to Chiva just 20 minutes from Valencia. But what is it that you get a little bit more of here? Let's take a look shall we and we need to do this in words as once more the photos leave a lot to be desired. (Again we will be taking more photos on the next visit weather conditions allowing) . . 1) Bedrooms. There are eight in total. That's a lot of bedrooms. You may want to knock a few interior walls down and make singles into doubles but eight bedrooms is a little bit more. . . 2) Plot. A large 1607m2 plot is double the usual size of plots here in Valencia. We could explain how plot sizes work, how it's all to do with the amount of work an ox can do in a day and how oxen in Lliria are traditionally lazier than oxen in the rest of Spain but you can ask us about that if you want when visiting. Suffice to say, big plot. . . 3) Pool. Not just a water store converted into a "pool" and raised above ground level but a real pool with nighttime lighting and lovely views from the solarium next to it. In other words a pool you will actually use. . . 4) A Modernisation. Decent windows, interior doors changed and even a large kitchen for this type of property. It might benefit from being given your final touches but you can move in straight away. . . Of course it is connected to mains water, electric and you have access to fast internet through the local Hola Wifi service so nothing to worry about there for those of you looking to work remotely. . . Chiva is a few minutes away in the car and you have all services to hand there including shops, cafes, restaurants and health centre. You could live here and never visit the big city very easily but knowing you have the attractions of Valencia just twenty minutes away is great.
