This beautiful house is located in the privileged area of Cal Tiesso, near Can Roca-Muntanyeta. The house has spectacular views of the sea and is surrounded by absolute calm. Going up the external stairs, we access the beautiful garden and terrace of the house. Before entering the house, we can appreciate a small corner in front of the entrance, where you can enjoy fresh summer meals exterior and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house has absolute privacy and has a large pool, whose machinery has been recently renewed. From the main entrance, we find the entrance hall that connects with the large, fully equipped kitchen. From the entrance hall we access the spacious living-dining room divided into two areas. First, the part of the dining room where you can enjoy good family meals with views of the sea. Then, we find the part of the living room with its fireplace, which creates a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant views. The house is very bright, since it is oriented to the south.
