It stands out for its authenticity and magnificent architecture.

The property has a total built area of 1.100 m² in the main farmhouse plus an additional 100 m² of barn.

It has 155 hectares divided between arable land and woodland managed under a technical forestry plan which generates income, including the exploitation of cork.
