Spectacular farmhouse in Camargo, a municipality in the Ripolls region in the province of Girona, located at the confluence of the Ter and Ritort rivers and close to the border with France. Whether for its unique beauty or for a long history dating back to the 10th century, Camprodn is one of the best-known villages in the Catalan Pyrenees. It is therefore advisable to dive into the internet to learn more about this picturesque town and its surroundings. The farmhouse is reached from Camprodn by the Paseo Maristany, a boulevard flanked by large trees that give it a shady atmosphere in summer and an autumnal picture with the fall of the leaves in autumn. Once we reach the entrance of the farm we can see that there are two buildings: a main one, at the back, with two heights; and a closer one in two blocks that houses the garage and a guest house with bathroom included. The main house is accessed through a cloister that serves as a porch protecting the entrance door. Once through the door we find a large living room with a central fireplace, to the left a door leads to a small chapel that also has an entrance from the outside of the house. To the right from the lounge is a large bedroom with en-suite. If we continue to the opposite end of the house from the entrance, in the center of the house there is a courtyard that separates the floor in two. On the left side we would go to a dining room connected to the kitchen and a laundry room and on the right side we would access a room with a built-in bathroom and two other rooms with a bathroom in the hallway that uses them. The upper floor is accessed by stairs that go up from the living room and once upstairs we can enjoy a large living room with fireplace and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
