A very comfortable and spacious house, divided into two floors:On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double sofa bed in the hall, with ventilation and lighting through the common patio; a brand new bathroom with a separate WC area; and a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen.The main bedroom, about 30 m2, is accessed from the living room, going down some stairs, it has a double bed and space for two single folding beds.It is a historic building located in the heart of the city, which forces us to keep some wooden windows that give a cozy appearance, but do not offer the best acoustic insulation. This means that when there is a party, you can hear the joy and revelry typical of this neighborhood. However, the building is located in a pedestrian street, without any traffic noise just from the surroundings.Another advantage of this type of architecture is that on the hottest days in this city, the house stays cool thanks to its thick walls and its narrow pedestrian streets.You will be surprised by the height of the ceilings and the two marble pilasters that preside over the hall, made in one piece just as it was done in Roman times.
