This high-tech luxury villa in Cala Pi, south of Mallorca, with holiday license for 6 persons, was built in 2006 and completely renovated, refurbished, and modernized in 2023.

The villa is south facing for maximum enjoyment of the Mediterranean sun all year round and offers stunning views of the sea and the island of Cabrera. Its architecture combines Led lighting design, high quality materials such as ceramic tiles on floors, natural stone walls of Majorcan design, taps, furniture in bathrooms, etc., all perfectly combined with the modern and Mediterranean style that gives character to the property. To make the house comfortable during the few winter months, it has central heating and air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms.

The property has three bedrooms with double glazed windows, large fitted closets and natural stone walls. From all rooms you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic open sea views. Two of them even have private balconies with sea views. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also has a separate bathtub with sea views. 

On the first floor is the spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace, which communicates with the large terrace with pool area. A fully equipped modern kitchen. An elegant bar with stools separates the kitchen from the cozy dining room with a wooden Majorcan table and comfortable leather armchairs. From the kitchen there is access to a laundry area and the garage.

The terrace and the pool area are very spacious and invite you to relax and have fun with family, guests and friends. This area offers enough privacy thanks to the strategically placed vegetation on both sides. The 12 m long and 5 m wide saltwater pool offers enough space for swimming and also has a heat pump so that the pool can be heated to 30 degrees at any time, so that you can enjoy the pool even in autumn and spring with the garden shower. The outdoor barbecue area also offers wonderful sea views.

The villa is just 30 minutes away from the airport. In just 5 minutes walking you can get to the picturesque beach of Cala Pi, restaurants and supermarkets are just within a 5 minutes drive. In 45 minutes you can reach the city of Palma and in 15 minutes the beautiful town of Llucmajor.
