You can easily walk to several restaurants and beach bars.<br />On a windy day, you'll find plenty of people practicing windsurf, kitesurf and sailing on the beach. <br />You will be able to rent out tennis/padel courts in the Hotel Playa de la Luz nearby, as well as several sports centers and gyms.<br />There are hospitals and multiple services in town too (massage, physio, dentist, etc.)<br /><br />Getting around:<br /><br />There is public transportation nearby, a taxi stop, bicycle lane (and rentals).<br />It's very easy to walk everywhere too. 20 mins walk into the old town.<br />There is a parking space in the building you can use, and free parking on the street.<br /><br />Other important notes:<br /><br />Following our condo rules, any renter will have to sign an annex document directly with us. <br />Once you send your booking request, we will arrange a call to make sure everything is clear and ensure our home is a good fit for you. .
