This small Mallorcan village, about two kilometres from Sóller, is the ideal place for hiking and nature lovers. Recently renovated with much love and taste, the accommodation has a hotel licence for 10 people (5 double rooms). In addition, there is the possibility to offer breakfast to guests, as there is a kitchen, currently used as a communal kitchen, and a cosy terrace. Distribution: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite, together with the reception area, the sanitary area, the kitchen and the dining area, as well as the exit to the terrace of about 20 m2 with view to the mountains. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the top floor there is a spacious appartment with magnificent mountain views, living room, own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom en suite. The property has been extensively renovated to a very high standard and all rooms are comfortably furnished with air conditioning, parquet or tiled floors and double glazed windows. The Barranco de Biniaraix is one of the best hiking routes on Mallorca.
