The Mar de Queo Complex is located in Carballo, A Corua, in northwestern Spain, well connected to A Corua (35 km) and Santiago de Compostela (45 km). The town centre, with all amenities, is a 5-minute drive away, and the beaches of Razo and Malpica are 10 minutes away. The second building has common areas on the main floor (reception, kitchen, dining room, elevator) and 10 rooms on the upper floors. On the ground floor of this second building, the original spa facilities are preserved, including machinery, changing rooms and showers, currently unused. This space, converted into a personal workshop, keeps its infrastructure intact, which offers great potential to be restored or updated in the future.
