PROJECT - The Magnolias residential development in Cumbre del Sol is home to Villa Aqua, characterised by an architecture that looks outwards, towards the blue of the Mediterranean and designed for sharing and celebration. The upper floor houses the entire house, which provides extra comfort. The night area consists of three en-suite bedrooms bathed in natural light that preserve a great deal of privacy with respect to the day areas. The living room, dining room and kitchen are linked to the exterior, thanks to the use of glazed walls that favour a permanent visual connection with the sea. The terrace of more than 70m is dominated by an infinity pool. The house is complemented by a multi-purpose basement with two porches and a garage. The geometric shapes that outline the exterior structure are clad in glass and sheets of natural stone in grey, which contrasts with the white of the faade. The cube that houses the terrace of the master bedroom stands out, jutting out and directly overlooking the sea.
