It is a secure area known for its good golf courses and views to the sea and Gibraltar.<br /><br />This nicely decorated holiday home is within walking distance to very good restaurants and supermarkets.<br /><br />The house is built on 1 level. It consists of 1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.<br /><br />At the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.<br /><br />The living room is equipped with sofa and TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has an outside table, perfect for relaxing.<br /><br />We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms so you only need to bring your personal items. And for a small fee we provide beach towels.<br /><br />The house is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air-conditioning.<br /><br />WIFI is also available in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations.
