A historic estate consisting of a 12th-century building with Gothic rooms and a defensive tower, the rectory built in 1761, a 50 m2 studio, and a small independent farmhouse where the caretaker lives. The estate is surrounded by nearly one hectare of terraces, gardens and a pool. The property is accessed via a paved road that winds through the forest, leaving behind the plains of Pl de l'Estany. The estate has a parking area shaded by century-old trees. The Tour Listed as a Building of National Cultural Heritage Interest and first documented in 1162, the main building was originally the home ofknights until the 15th century. We are welcomed by the large arched door located in the building's defensive tower, inside which we find an entrance with the hotel reception, leading to a huge room with a vaulted ceiling and four-point arches. This room is currently used for events and meetings. On the first floor, there is a large room with double height ceiling and two magnificent Gothic arches housing the dining room and a cozy living room with a fireplace. On this floor, there are also two suite-type rooms, a courtesy bathroom, the kitchen, a second living room with a fireplace located in the defensive tower, and stairs leading to a third suite on the upper floor of the tower. From the living room, we have direct access to the garden behind the building, at the same level as the first floor. The garden connects the main house with the adjacent rectory. The rectory compromisessix en-suite bedrooms, each with its independent entrance from the garden or the balcony. Four of the suites have a small living room with a sofa bed, making them suitable for up to 4 people. This building also houses the machine room, tool workshop, laundry, and storage room.
