Located on the -1 floor, this apartment offers the advantage of direct access to a private patio, providing a quiet and private retreat in the heart of the city. Free check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Between 8pm and 11pm, please coordinate with us as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time, can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. The total costs of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50/month for each of the bills. If the amount of any bill for a month exceeds this amount, the guest/tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the amount of the electricity bill for a month is 60, the tenant must pay 10 at the time of claiming it. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
