The house is located in a quiet street a few minutes drive, or slightly longer walk, in& nbsp to Arboleas where all amenities can be found such as: shops, supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, banks, etc. The market towns of Albox and Huercal-Overa are 15 minutes away where all the larger shops and supermarkets are. The beautiful beaches of Almería are only a 20-30 minute drive away. A sliding gate leads to the driveway of the house, where there is also a pedestrian gate. Next to the house there is the large carport with covering for two cars and plenty of room for further parking. The front door leads through a covered entrance to the hall of the house.
