Sunset Costa Blanca wants to offer you a sunset in our mountains on our Costa Alicante, located about 24 km from Altea. In 2011, the villa obtained its license to operate as a 4 star hotel with restaurant. It has approximately 60,000 m2 distributed in 3 villas, one of which consists of:

What do you have around you, what can you do during your stay at the hotel?
-Castell de Castell with its 8,000 year old cave paintings -The hot springs of Montanejo -Bird watching... Nature reserves for birds, e.g. In Pego, Denia and Alicante. Waterfalls in Callosa d'en Sarria (Fuentes del Algar) - Coves de Sant Josep, the largest navigable underwater river in Europe - Caves of Benidoleig - Guadalest reservoir and castle.
The history of the area dates back to the Romans, it was conquered by the Andalusian Caliphate. There are 2 heliports, the area can be reached by helicopter from Mediterranean yachts.

Another 80,000 sqm can be purchased from various sellers to create, for example, a golf course (until it is known that a golf course is planned, purchase prices would be between 3 and 5 euros per square meter, if the purpose is known, (Golf course, prices would rise to 25 - 30 euros per square meter).

Currently the guest house has 8 double rooms (2 standard rooms of 40 sqm each, 5 junior suites of 50 sqm and 1 suite of 60 sqm). Considering the current size of the area, the number of double rooms could be increased to 32 and in addition 8 blockhouses could be built. Following the acquisition of the additional 80,000 square meters mentioned above, it would be possible to build 70 to 80 double rooms and 36 cottages.
