Also here is full privacy and perfectly suitable to rent as an<br />independent bungalow.<br />The style is comfortable and modern with Spanish details. There is a spacious living, an open-plan<br />kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in closets, direct access to its own pool and a bathroom with<br />shower. Just like villa the main house, the guest house has air conditioning and central heating in all<br />rooms.<br /><br />Two private swimming pools<br />Both houses have their own pool. So you can pick the one you like best! The pool of the main house<br />(9x5m) lies between palm trees and fruit trees in a large garden with lots of grass. It can be heated by<br />solar energy. Close to the pool of the mail house there is a large jacuzzi of 4x2m.<br />The pool of the guest house (6x6m) lies in the garden, which is completely walled-in. From the raised<br />patio you have a lovely view over the pool, the orchard and the sloping hills in the distance.<br />In the evening both pools and gardens can be illuminated.
