The house is located just 5 minutes to a restaurant and a small shop. Albox is 20 minutes away where all major amenities can be found such as: shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, medical center, etc. The beautiful beaches of Almeria are approximately 1 hour away. The last 500 meters to the house is via a good unpaved road. The double gate leads to the driveway with the garage immediately to the right.
