This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in the upper part of the beautiful and sought-after town of Alaró, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. Its privileged location within the town gives it great light and incomparable clear views. The house has a traditional Mallorcan design, with Arabic tiles and exterior walls with exposed stone. Upon entering the house you directly access a large area where the living room (with fireplace), dining room and kitchen are located. On the same floor we find a bathroom and two very bright bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a room with a bathroom and a living room with sensational views. From the kitchen there is access to a pleasant terrace, which gives access to a swimming pool in the upper area with a barbecue and a charming area to celebrate lunches or dinners with our loved ones.
