The apartments located on the ground floor have larger terraces. The second-floor apartments enjoy a 37 m solarium on the upper floor. The apartments have bright and welcoming spaces, equipped with all the amenities you need, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and sea! They are fully furnished, have ducted air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, and microwave. The complex has an outdoor pool with garden areas and a bar open during the summer months. As these are Tourist Apartments, the owner must transfer them (during the months when they are not being used) to a single rental management company, to be rented out during the months when they are not being used.
