La Joya de Cabo de Gata is located in Andalusia, in southeastern Spain, within the Cabo de Gata-Njar Natural Park.The property occupies one hectare of land and is located on the outskirts of the popular village of Agua Amarga, just 2.5 km from the Mediterranean beaches.From its terraces and splendid gardens you can enjoy the nature that surrounds it, as well as see the Mediterranean Sea.The complex is fully integrated into the surrounding landscape and is made up of:two buildings (rebuilt in 2000, with bioconstruction techniques, local and sustainable materials and renewable energies); large gardens, terraces, a swimming pool, a tent, several huts and a large covered car park. Grey water is reused for irrigation and rainwater is collected, while having its own water well.Finally, the set of buildings and annexed areas, distributed over this hectare of land, is fully and harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape, valuing and enjoying it.
