It is with pleasure that we offer this house to renovate, located away from everything, with just a property in the neighborhood and the mountains as far as the eye can see. If you like nature, absolute calm, simple things, then this renovation is for you. It is located in the Abanilla region, about 10 km from the town of Fortuna.

This small house still in the raw state, was built on a plot of 6500 m², partly in the mountain, of which about 2000 m² is fenced and accessible by a manual gate.

Currently, rainwater is used to supply the house. It is quite possible to provide a water tank and a pump. Electrical wiring is installed but not yet connected.

To enjoy the outdoors, you have a covered terrace at the entrance of the house, a solarium of about 85 m² that allows you to enjoy a magnificent 360° view. A barbecue with its facilities, as well as a toilet and a shower. A swimming pool can be built if you wish.

Inside, you enter immediately into a living/ dining room, the central room, leading you on one side to the kitchen area, the shower room, the laundry area and on the other side to the 2 bedrooms.
