Piscinas de Olon- Finca Land!, Olón, Santa Elena Province

Incredible property just 10km/ 6 miles from the highway in olon. The Olon and Salinas Rivers flow through the property. There is also multiple year around springs on the land so you will never be without water. The property has mature forests with huge trees including Guayacan and other rare and endangered tree species as well as abundant birds and wildlife. Some of the birds include toucans, hummingbirds, parrots, charaka, hawks and songbirds. Animals we have seen on the land are ocelot, jaguarondi, howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, armadillos, coati, cabeza de mate, watusa, ant eaters, deer, lowland paca, and zahinos. There is around 1 hectare of planted mature Colombian bamboo and even more mature caa brava. Both are excellent bamboos for construction. This property has so much potential and within 20 minutes of the beautiful Ecuadorian Coast!
