We are currently looking for a long-term tenant for two of the rental homes located on this 1/2 acre property which is one block from a beautiful beach. The casitas are approximately 600 sq. ft. bungalows that are fully furnished (including kitchen appliances, dishes, etc.). They have one bedroom, the kitchen, living area and bathroom with shower. Air conditioned, hot water, UV treated and triple filtered water (no need to buy bottled water). This is a beautiful property, located in the beach town of Punta Carnero, which is part of the city of Salinas. During the week, the beach is virtually empty although the weekends are a little busier in high season. One can catch the bus by walking just about 100 meters from the door. It takes you directly to the Paseo Shopping Mall in about 15 minutes, and from there, you can catch buses or taxis pretty well anywhere you'd like to go. The property managers live on-site, so they are there to attend to maintenance issues or answer any questions you may have. This is a non-smoking property. No pets, as there are currently 8 rescue cats being tended to. 6 month lease - 350.00 per month 1 year lease - 300.00 per month Rent includes water, and internet. Tenant pays electricity. Tenant has access to pool and outside seating areas and if you like to garden, there is plenty of room for one if you desire. Laundry facilities are available on-site for a small fee.
