The water on this property is of some of the highest quality. The lower land is very usable with both flat and semi-flat areas. About 30 hectares of the mountainous parts of the land are full of native forests and vegetation. This habitat is home to a small type of native bear, endangered birds, wild deer, and many hummingbirds. Because this land is deep in the mountains, you can marvel at beautiful skies full of stars every night. This property even has a restaurant with the capacity to host at least 90 people, or 150 people if you include exterior patio dining areas!
