Oln sits on the southern coast of Ecuador about an hour north of Salinas and about 2 1/2 from Guayaquil. The diversity of the area is one of the attractions. During the months of July through September you can see the whales swimming by the coast literally from anywhere. About an hour north you can also take day long tours to see the whales in Puerto Lopez. You can also hire a boat for a day long tour to the nearby island or to go sports fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling.
