Hilltop Views and Breezes for your Beach Paradise, Las Nunez, Santa Elena Province

Hang your hammock high on the top of a hill. Here the views of the ocean from up top seem endless... There is a basic rustic home on the top of the hill comprised of 2 stories. Downstairs is a living room, basic kitchen, bathroom and a master bedroom with super views. Head upstairs to an unfinished platform where the views are even better. The land heading down the slope is somewhat terraced but has yet to be developed. Plenty of space to develop multiple dwellings. There is currently water and electric access to the property. Internet service exists in town but would need to be contracted. There is an unpaved road to the property. The town of Las Nunez is a small beach town located on the Ruta deSpondylus with a huge extensive beach.
